Shipping & Return Policy


Our packaging is designed to keep the juice cold and fresh for up to 48 hours.  

We are not responsible for juice left outside for an extended period of time past the time it arrives at your doorstep.  Nor are we responsible for juice lost or delayed by the delivery service or stolen from your doorstep.  Please also make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

There are no refunds or returns for juice purchased online due to taste preferences. Taste is too subjective.  Many juices some find amazing, others dislike.  We apologize in advance.

We do guarantee our juice will arrive safe and sound though.  If any bottles arrive broken, please contact us immediately and we will replace at no charge.  Please send a photo of the damaged bottle and include this along with your order number.  We will not replace items that have damaged packaging only.  Please contact as soon as possible at juicing@budajuice.com.
